HEAD OF SALES & RETAIL MANAGER (m/f)

You will be responsible for the overall global sales, selective wholesale & retail strategy, and all related activities, and be the contact point for all sales & retail partners.

Your challenge:
• Development of roadmaps, and plans for Horizn’s retail & sales channels to meet growth, capacity, and metrics
• Development of Horizn’s ‚The Future of Retail Concept’ in constant sparring with management
• Development, and management of 4+ international brand stores (Berlin, London, Stockholm) within the next 2 years, and 8+ international stores within the next 5 years
• Build, and support a team of retail development managers, who will be in charge of the lokal/regional brand store management
• Develop, and implement sales incentive programs
• Roll-out, and management of innovative sales channels like the ‚Horizn Digital Terminal’
• Development, and management of selected wholesale channels to support a strong brand building, and the achievement of top line goals
• Facilitate, oversee, and monitor sales & retail, and overstock processes
• Control and documentation of success of all activities through jointly defined KPIs
• Plan and manage budget and ressources
• Constant identification and mastering of opportunities to improve sales & retail channels to minimize cost, and maximize outcome, and to drive the brand’s awareness to the next level
• Present strategies, plans and results to leadership teams and management
• Coordinate and partner with various internal teams like accounting, marketing, customer service, and BI/growth analytics ensure knowledge transfer, and alignment across the organization

Your skills & experience:
• You have at minimum 5 years of experience in international sales & retail management, experience in e-commerce management is a plus
• You have strong managerial, analytical, problem solving and strategic skills
• You have an outgoing, and sales driven personality
• You have deep experience working to KPIs
• You have an outgoing, and sales driven personality
• You have gained leadership experience, and you know how to delegate effectively
• You have experience working cross functionally
• You are a team player, you are results-oriented and like to take the initiative
• You are fluent in English, German is helpful
