ONSITE MERCHANDISE MANAGER (m/f)

You will be responsible for the maintenance of Horizn Studios' online presence, coordinating with various departments to ensure all content on the website is up-to-date and presented in a manner suited to the brand.

Your challenge:
• Project lead for the overall onsite merchandise management (category management & campaigns)
• Working with the content management system (CMS) to keep various pages, collections and sub-collections current in various languages
• Maintenance of web content based on brand strategy
• Responsible for coordinating with various internal teams like content marketing, SEO, IT product management, BI/growth analytics, and logistics to ensure alignment and learning across the organisation to prepare for new product launches, promotions, etc.
• Ensure that new and existing pages are kept on-brand with aid of the creative team leads
• Plan, implement and evaluate content management processes, policies and procedures to constantly improve workflow and reduce costs
• Report internal and external feedback regarding office management to the management and HR
• Control and documentation of success of all activities and campaigns through jointly defined KPIs

Your skills & experience:
• You have at minimum 1-2 years work experience in onsite conversion, and content management, experience in startups/e-commerce is a plus
• You are familiar with content management systems; experience with Kirby and/or Shopify a plus
• You are highly organised and detail oriented
• You are skilled at communication and are not afraid to approach various teams with tasks and deadlines
• You have strong hands-on, and problem-solving skills
• You have a feeling for visual aesthetics and an eye for display campaigns
• You have experience working cross functionally
• You are a team player, you are results-oriented and like to take the initiative
• You are fluent in English and ideally German, additional languages a plus
