1) What is Horizn GO?
Horizn GO is your personal travel assistant, here to help you plan your trip from A to Z. It’s exclusively available to the Horizn Studios community.
2) What does it cost to use Horizn GO?
Horizn GO is free for the first 12 months for purchasers of Horizn luggage. Simply sign up using your exclusive access code provided with your luggage.
3) I never received an access code…
Please contact customer service under firstname.lastname@example.org – they’ll be happy to provide you with one!
4) What if I purchased luggage in the past?
We’re thrilled to have you in our community – and of course you get free access to Horizn GO as well! You should have received a separate e-mail with your exclusive access code. If not, simply contact customer service under email@example.com and they’ll be happy to provide you with one.
5) What happens after the 12 months?
After the 12-month trial, your membership will end automatically. You will have the option to continue your Horizn membership for a monthly fee. More information on the various membership tiers will follow soon.
6) How long does it take Horizn GO to get back to my request?
For enquires made during normal operating hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5:30pm GMT),the regular response time is 24 hours.
7) What languages is Horizn GO available in?
At this time, Horizn GO is only available in English.
8) Which requests will be handled through Horizn GO?

When you book your trip with us, you’ll benefit from your own personal travel assistant and be granted access to perks like complimentary breakfast, late check-outs or room upgrades* at over 2,000 hotels worldwide. Whenever you’re on the run with Horizn GO, rest assured that our travel agents will be there to assist in all kinds of situations, including flight cancellation or hotel changes, among others.
