Creative Director (m/f/d)

General Description
You will join our successful journey in disrupting the luggage and tech market. You will lead our Creative department and define our creative strategy in close sparring with Management.

Your Role

  • Define and develop our creative strategy and how we communicate our brand
  • Develop, set and manage the visual brand strategy and standards
  • Lead our team of art directors, designers, editors and copywriter
  • Oversee the day-to-day output of our creative department and ensure that everything is on-brand
  • Be responsible for all creative productions
  • Deep understanding of brand, market, customers and channels of distribution
  • Partner with relevant external and internal stakeholders
  • Improve cross-functional processes and collaborations
  • Able to work across multiple projects simultaneously, and to manage and prioritize workload to ensure all work is produced on brief, time and budget
  • Report directly to the management

Your Skills & Experience

  • You have at minimum 5 years' relevant experience in either an agency or corporate environment
  • You have a deep understanding of brand development and omni-channel marketing
  • You have leadership skills and you know how to delegate effectively
  • You are always up to date about relevant current and future trends
  • You have a strong knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator and responsive design
  • You have strong organizational abilities, being able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, meet stringent deadlines and quickly adapt to changing priorities
  • You are team-oriented, pro-active and have an eye for detail
  • You are fluent in English
