(Junior) CMS Manager (m/f)

General Description
You will join our successful journey in disrupting the luggage & tech market. You will be responsible for overseeing our content management system and ensuring that our website is always accurate and optimised.

Your Role

  • Oversee content management system (CMS) including uploading all content into the system in 5 languages
  • Maintain the website content and update assets with new creatives when available
  • Maintain the product list, make sure that all products have correct information on the website and add new products according to defined deadlines
  • Ensure the content on the website is kept up-to-date, accurate and optimised
  • Gather proper briefing requests about products and pages from several departments, determine which assets are needed (text, image, translations, etc.),and implement it in the CMS
  • Review website on a regular basis to check for errors including text, images and broken links
  • Ensure all website content standards are maintained as new functionalities are developed
  • Create and maintain CMS guidelines whenever new features are available
  • Manage the translations flow and ensure assets are delivered as expected
  • Collaborate with UX designer and IT PM to create optimal page layout that will drive conversions, and also with the creative team to present the brand in appropriate manner
  • Work closely with SEO to ensure that site architecture and content and products setup are optimal

Your Skills & Experience

  • You have at minimum 1 year of experience in CMS; experience in startups/e-commerce is a plus
  • You have previous experience with content management system and/or other content creation tools and with website maintenance; basic SEO knowledge and basic knowledge of image and video formats are a plus
  • Experience handling content in multiple languages is a plus
  • You have a high degree of attention to detail and optimal work standards
  • You are able to plan and organize and get things done in a team-oriented environment
  • You have superb interpersonal skills with an ability to juggle multiple projects on tight timelines
  • You have the desire to grow and develop additional skills
  • You are proactive and have experience working cross functionally
  • You are a team player, you are results-oriented and like to take the initiative
  • You are fluent in English
