Sales Manager B2B, Germany central & north, (m/f/d)
You will join our successful journey in disrupting the luggage and tech market. By collaborating with the best wholesale partners in the markets you will help establish Horizn as the leading premium smart luggage brand in Europe. Your Role
Achieves sales goals as part of a team responsible for opening and managing wholesale accounts
Leads the development of plans with B2B partners through close collaboration. Works closely with a broad internal team on a seasonal business plan and an understanding of the consumer baseEstablishes and maintains consistent and positive external and internal relationships
Manages B2B partners, focused on mutually profitable goals by leading and executing the Horizn Studios vision & strategy
Ensures appropriate seasonal product flow by month to optimize business opportunities
Works closely with HS Brand Ambassador to ensure that B2B partners are properly trained
Works in a goal-driven environment and performs all tasks within the defined timelineWorks closely with Sales CoordinatorThinks analytically from different perspectives to forecast the consequences and has branding plans accordingly
Acquires and utilises knowledge and skills according to the situational requirements

Your Skills & Experience
You have at minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail/sales

  • You have an outgoing and sales-driven personality
  • You have experience working in an international environment
  • You are an open-minded and positive person
  • Organisational skills, experience meeting tight deadlines
  • You are a team player, you are results-oriented and like to take the initiative
  • You like to travel (up to 60%)
  • You have a valid EU driver´s license (equivalent to German B-Klasse)
  • Results-driven attitude
  • You are fluent in English and German
  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field; Master’s/MBA is a plus
