SENIOR PRODUCTION MANAGER (m/f)

You will be responsible for planning, control, and coordination of all manufacturing activities through our supply chain partners.

Your challenge:
• Develop roadmaps and plans to meet capacity, growth and metrics
• Contact point for suppliers, and responsible person for the overall production, and quality management
• Facilitate, oversee, and monitor production processes, capacities, and schedules
• Set quality standards, implement and monitor quality-control programmes with suppliers
• Control and documentation of success of all activities through jointly defined KPIs
• Plan and manage budget and resources
• Constant identification and mastering of opportunities to improve production processes to minimize cost and maximize outcome
• Support product team to ensure all department goals are met during peak and non-peak periods
• Present strategies, plans and results to leadership teams and management
• Coordinate and partner with various internal teams like accounting, marketing, customer service, and BI/growth analytics to ensure knowledge transfer to supply chain, and alignment across the organization

Your skills & experience:
• You have at minimum 3 years of experience in production and quality control management, experience in startups/e-commerce is a plus
• You have deep experience working with performance metrics such as KPIs
• You have gained first leadership experience, and you know how to delegate effectively
• You have strong analytical, problem solving and strategic skills
• You have experience working cross-functionally
• You are a team player, you are results-oriented and like to take the initiative
• You are fluent in English, and ideally in Mandarin. German-skills are a plus
