All prices shown on our product pages include statutory VAT as well as all costs already contained in the price, such as duties and taxes.

Only shipping costs may apply additionally, which we keep as low as possible.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Klarna Invoice.
For credit card payments, your card will be charged immediately after the order has been completed.

Klarna Invoice: This payment method is available for orders from Germany, the Netherlands, and Austria. You will receive the payment details separately from Klarna via email.

Shipping Costs

Shipping within the EU

For orders within the European Union (mainland), shipping is free for all orders over €150. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of €5 applies.
Please note that different conditions apply to certain island regions within the EU (see below).

Shipping to the United Kingdom

Shipping within the United Kingdom is free for all orders over £150. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of £20 applies. 

For some island regions, international shipping rates apply.

Shipping to Switzerland

Shipping to Switzerland is free for all orders over CHF 140. For all other orders, a flat shipping fee of CHF 6 applies.

Shipping to EEA countries

For countries within the European Economic Area that are not part of the EU, shipping costs start from €20, depending on the parcel’s weight.

This applies primarily to Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Andorra, San Marino, Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man, and Åland.

Shipping to EU Special Regions (Non-Mainland Areas)

For certain EU regions located outside the European mainland, a flat shipping fee of €20 applies, regardless of the order value.

This includes Cyprus, Malta, the Portuguese regions of Madeira and the Azores, and several Spanish provinces such as Ceuta, the Balearic Islands, and the Canary Islands.

International Shipping (Outside the EU/UK/EEA)

For international orders outside the regions listed above, shipping costs are calculated based on the parcel’s weight and destination and displayed during checkout.

All displayed shipping costs include applicable taxes and duties.

Please note that shipping to the United States is currently unavailable due to existing tariff regulations.

Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days and dispatched thereafter.

Within Germany, delivery takes 1–3 business days with standard shipping.

If UPS Express Saver is selected, delivery will be completed by the end of the next business day after the parcel has been handed over to UPS.

For all other countries, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days.

Personalised Items

Personalised luggage is shipped within 10 business days. If your order includes additional items, the entire order may be delayed. Please note that personalised items are excluded from exchange and return.
