Return Policy

If you are a consumer as defined in § 13 German Civil Code, you have a right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been personalized for the customer.

RETURNS
You can return all products within 30 days without giving reasons in writing (letter, or email). Please note that Limited-Edition Horizn Smart Luggage cannot be returned on the basis of signs of wear, scratches to the sticker or loss of the print colour.

Personalised items are excluded from exchange and return. If you purchased luggage with a personalised luggage tag and wish to return it within the 30 day trial period, the cost of the luggage tag (€25) and the cost of monogramming will be deducted from your refund. Please note that HORIZN ID items are excluded from exchange and return.

If you have purchased two items as part of our Sets and wish to return only one item from the set, the difference in price between the full-priced item and the discount will be deducted from the reimbursement.

The time limit begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, however not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before the fulfilment of our obligations under Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 paragraph 1 and 2 draft Law and our obligations according to § 312e Section 1 Clause 1 German Civil Code in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 German Civil Code. Personalised items are excluded from return and exchange.

Please note that refunds will be provided in the form of original payment. If the purchase was made using a Horizn Studios gift card, you will receive store credit for a future purchase.

This return policy might differentiate between different point of sales. Please refer to the contracting party's terms of conditions.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
Returns are free of charge within the EU/UK when using our pre-printed return labels. If you are located outside the EU/UK, you are responsible for returning the product to Horizn Studios, as well as any associated costs.
Non-packageable items are to be picked up by you. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 14 days. The period begins for you when you send your cancellation or the goods, for us with their reception.
