Your Care Guide

To love your luggage, bags, and accessories forever

Take The Best Care of Your Luggage

Here’s how

Your luggage is designed to last for years to come, no matter where life takes you. Of course, you’ll always want it to be in its best shape. Taking good care of it is key to its longevity, and to keep it looking great at all times. In this easy guide, we’ve collected some best (and proven) practices.

It all starts with your dust bag

Your luggage arrives in a recycled cotton dust bag. We recommend keeping it, and storing your luggage in it when you’re not on the road – it perfectly protects it from dust building up and accidental scratches.

Your luggage needs some pampering? Just use a soft cloth, warm water, and mild detergent to clean the exterior. Please don’t use abrasive cloths, harsh cleaning agents, vinegar-based solutions, disinfectants, petroleum distillates, solvents, or dilutions. We also recommend using a magic eraser with a few drops of window cleaner. To clean the lining, wipe it down with a damp cloth and use a mild soap to get rid of stains. Do not soak the lining.

Roll it

To keep your wheels running smoothly, make sure they’re free from debris. Soak them in warm soapy water, and use a brush to remove excess dirt. One (or more) broke? Then yes, you can have them replaced. Message us here to open up a repair ticket.
