Standard shipping within the EU is free on orders over €150 (€5 below that), and we deliver in 2–5 business days. Orders from Germany arrive in 1–3 business days. UK shipping is free over £150. We offer a 30-day return window — simply register via our return portal. Return labels are available for a flat fee of €5 (EU), or return free of charge at any Horizn Studios flagship store.
All Horizn Studios backpacks, bags, and accessories are covered by a Two-Year Manufacturer’s Guarantee against manufacturing and material defects. To activate your full two years, register your purchase online within 30 days of buying — unregistered products receive one year of coverage. To make a claim, contact our customer care team with photos and your proof of purchase.
Most of our backpacks and bags are designed to sit comfortably beneath the seat on the majority of airlines, while a few of our larger silhouettes are better suited to the overhead bin. You'll find exact measurements under the "Size & Weight" tab on this page. As baggage allowances vary by airline and fare, we always recommend checking your carrier's specific policy before you fly. Our softgoods are built to flex and compress, so packing thoughtfully — and steering clear of rigid, stiff items — makes it easier to fit your bag under the seat when space is tight.
Yes — every suitcase (excluding the GO Series) comes with a luggage tag, and you can personalise it with a monogram directly on this page. Already bought your suitcase? Pop into one of our flagship stores and we'll add it in person. Personalised tags ship within 3–5 business days. Prefer an extra or replacement tag, or have a GO Series case that doesn't include one? Luggage tags are also available to purchase separately, with or without a monogram, from our accessories range.
