We offer a 30-day return window — simply register via our return portal. Return labels are available for a flat fee of €5 (EU), or return free of charge at any Horizn Studios flagship store.

All Horizn Studios backpacks, bags, and accessories are covered by a Two-Year Manufacturer’s Guarantee against manufacturing and material defects. To activate your full two years, register your purchase online within 30 days of buying — unregistered products receive one year of coverage. To make a claim, contact our customer care team with photos and your proof of purchase.

Most of our backpacks and bags are designed to sit comfortably beneath the seat on the majority of airlines, while a few of our larger silhouettes are better suited to the overhead bin. Yes — every suitcase (excluding the GO Series) comes with a luggage tag, and you can personalise it with a monogram directly on this page. Already bought your suitcase? Pop into one of our flagship stores and we'll add it in person. Personalised tags ship within 3–5 business days. Prefer an extra or replacement tag, or have a GO Series case that doesn't include one?
