All new Horizn Studios luggage is covered by a Manufacturer’s Guarantee, provided a valid Proof of Purchase is available and the product is registered online within 30 days of purchase. The Manufacturer’s Guarantee is provided exclusively to the registered owner and begins on the date of purchase (guarantee period). All statutory rights remain unaffected by this policy. For items that haven’t been registered online, a two-year warranty period applies.
How to register
Visit https://horizn-studios.com/pages/extended-warranty-activation and register your product within 30 days of purchase. You'll need your proof of purchase and the serial number found on the interior label.
What's covered
The Manufacturer's Guarantee covers all functional defects in materials and workmanship for the duration of your guarantee period.
Not covered: cosmetic wear and scratches, damage caused by airlines or third parties, misuse or negligence, products purchased second-hand or as graded stock.
For airline damage, report directly to your carrier on arrival — this cannot be processed retrospectively.
How to make a claim
Contact us via the Warranty section of the Customer Contact Form at https://horizn-studios.com/pages/contact-form. Include photos of the damage and your original proof of purchase. We'll review your claim and, where covered, repair, replace the defective part, or provide a replacement product.
These guarantees are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. All statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. The Manufacturer's Guarantee is provided exclusively to the registered owner and is non-transferable.
