What does shipping cost, and what is your return policy?

Standard shipping within the EU is free on orders over €150 (€5 below that), and we deliver in 2–5 business days. Orders from Germany arrive in 1–3 business days. UK shipping is free over £150. We offer a 30-day return window — simply register via our return portal. Return labels are available for a flat fee of €5 (EU), or return free of charge at any Horizn Studios flagship store.

Which airlines approve your cabin luggage?

Both the M5 and H5 cabin models fit in the overhead bin on all major commercial airlines. We always recommend checking your specific fare conditions before you fly, as luggage allowances can vary.

What warranty does my cabin luggage come with, and how do I activate it?

Essential and Pro cabin models are covered by our Lifetime Manufacturer’s Guarantee. Air, RE, and GO models carry a 5-Year Guarantee. All warranties cover functional components — zippers, wheels, handles, and the shell. To activate, register your purchase online within 30 days of buying. Cosmetic wear and airline-handling damage are not covered — report any airport damage to your carrier immediately on landing.

How can I customise and protect my cabin luggage?

Your Horizn cabin luggage is designed as a complete travel system. Add a Top Case to expand your carry-on capacity while staying within airline limits. Pack your liquids compliantly and in style with our Liquids Bag, or keep your case pristine between trips with an elasticated Protection Sleeve. You can also personalise your luggage tag with a monogram — available directly on this page. Looking to go further? How do I pack my cabin luggage efficiently?

The M5 and H5 are designed for two to five days of travel. For Essential models, the dual mesh compartments work beautifully alongside our Packing Cubes, which maximise space and keep everything in order. In the Pro Series, the Compression Pad handles lighter items on one side, leaving the other free for bulkier pieces. Roll soft items, pack shoes at the base, and use the front pocket for quick-access essentials.

Can I personalise my luggage tag?

Yes — every suitcase (excluding the GO Series) comes with a luggage tag, and you can personalise it with a monogram directly on this page. Already bought your suitcase? Pop into one of our flagship stores and we'll add it in person. Personalised tags ship within 3–5 business days. Prefer an extra or replacement tag, or have a GO Series case that doesn't include one? Luggage tags are also available to purchase separately, with or without a monogram, from our accessories range.
