Senior Display Manager (m/f)


You will be responsible for all Retargeting & Display campaigns, in channels such as Facebook, Instagram and GDN, ensuring strong performance (growth and visibility). You will be the channel owner and single point of contact for R & D key business partners.

Your challenge:
• Definition and development of the display marketing strategy based on the overall marketing strategy
• Responsible for all display marketing activities and campaigns, and program goals
• Working with display tools such as Taboola, Outbrain, and Smartly
• Optimize retargeting & display marketing campaigns through thoughtful A/B testing
• Plan, implement and evaluate test and learn activities to constantly improve results and maximize customer acquisitions while considering LTV and CAC
• Make sure tracking pixels are properly implemented
• Manage budget to achieve highest ROI across all campaigns
• Control and documentation of success of all activities and campaigns through jointly defined KPIs
• Develop creative solutions to reach the right audience with the right message based on latest trends
• Present channel strategies, plans and results to leadership teams and management
• Coordinate and partner with various internal teams like BI/growth analytics, marketing and product team to ensure alignment across the organization

Your skills & experience:
• You have at minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, experience in startups/e-commerce is a plus
• You have deep experience working with performance marketing metrics such as CPA, CPC, CPM and LTV
• You have profound knowledge in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Keyword Planner, Google Webmaster Tools, Google Campaign Manager, SEMrush and Facebook Ads, additional skills in SQL are a plus
• You have a proven track record in retargeting and programmatic buying
• You have leadership skills, and you know how to delegate effectively
• You have deep understanding of performance-driven marketing and A/B testing tools
• You have experience in leading various R & D campaigns as part of a a global multi-channel integrated marketing approach
• You love excel/numbers, and have strong analytical, problem solving and strategic skills
• You have experience working cross functionally
• You are a team player, you are results-oriented and like to take the initiative
• You are fluent in English and ideally in German
