(Senior) Social Media Manager (m/f/d)

General Description
You will join our successful journey in disrupting the luggage and tech market. You will be responsible for all social media and influencer marketing channels such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and Twitter, as well as ensuring strong performance in growth and visibility. You will be the channel owner and single point of contact for relevant key business partners.

Your Role

  • Define, develop and drive the social media & influencer marketing strategy based on the overall marketing & brand strategy 
  • Continuously optimize all social media activities for maximum engagement 
  • Be responsible for the constant optimization of campaigns through thoughtful testing
  • Stay-up-to date with online trends to curate the most engaging content
  • Plan, implement and evaluate test and learning activities to constantly improve results and grow our online channels, while considering KPIs
  • Control and document success of all activities and campaigns through jointly-defined KPIs
  • Be responsible for the communication and relationships with followers and influencers on a daily basis; respond to queries in a timely manner
  • Working closely with the Creative team, develop solutions to reach our audience effectively, on-brand and on-trend
  • Present channel strategies, plans and results to leadership teams and management
  • Coordinate and partner with various internal teams like BI/Growth Analytics, Creative, Marketing and Product to ensure alignment and learning across the organization
  • Report directly to the Head of Brand Marketing

Your Skills & Experience

  • You have at least 3 years' experience in social media & influencer marketing; experience in brand environment, and/or startups/e-commerce is a plus
  • You have deep understanding of, and experience working with, performance marketing metrics 
  • You have profound knowledge in managing various social channels such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and Twitter and in influencer marketing 
  • You have experience in leading various campaigns as part of a global, multi-channel, integrated marketing approach
  • You have deep understanding of performance-driven marketing and A/B testing tools
  • You love excel/numbers, and have strong analytical, problem solving and strategic skills 
  • You have a strong feeling for visual aesthetics and excellent writing skills
  • You have experience working across disciplines 
  • You are a team player, you are results-oriented, and like to take the initiative
  • You are fluent in English, and ideally in German
