TA/Recruiting Manager (m/f/d)

General Description
You will join our successful journey in disrupting the luggage and tech market. You will work hands-on in the HR department as TA/Recruiting Manager (m/f/d).

Your Role

  • Co-drive the international recruiting (all seniority levels) for our headquarter in Berlin, our Brand Stores (Berlin and London; more to come ) and Shop in Shops across Europe 

  • Prep of job descriptions and respective publishing on selected recruiting channels, and active sourcing on LinkedIn in close sparring with Head of HR, MD, and the respective team lead

  • Responsible for the overall candidate’s management and interview organisation

  • Take part in interviews and hold the ownership for the candidate’s experience, and represent Horizn’s values within this key department with immediate impact on the success of our company: highly professional, positive, and driven by in-depth knowledge and true empathy

  • Point of contact for external recruiting partners (agencies, headhunter, relocation)

  • Support the planning and execution of TA related projects and actions to further drive our professionalisation (e.g. in the field of employer branding)

  • Ownership dedicated projects based on experience and aspiration 

  • Support the planning, implementation and evaluation of our recruiting processes, policies, and procedures to constantly improve workflow, and reduce costs

  • Co-drive the organisation/facilitation of TA/recruiting related formats

  • Coordinate and partner with various internal teams to ensure alignment across the organization

  • Directly report to Head of HR 

Your Skills & Experience

  • You have at minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, previous experience in startups, ideally in a  V-commerce is a big plus

  • You gained knowledge in recruiting, ideally in an international environment

  • Experience with Personio (Recruiting) is a plus

  • You have strong project management skills

  • You are a truly trustworthy person and have highly developed social skills

  • You have a positive, hands-on personality

  • You have good experience in working in cross-cultural teams

  • You are eager to learn and to take responsibility

  • You are a team player, results-oriented and like to take the initiative

  • Fluent both in German, and English
